30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and at ease when shopping with joycloud, so we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we will process your return request as long as you contact us within 30 days of the receipt date.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges must not exceed 30 days from the receipt of the original order.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a trackable shipping method. Untrackable returns or exchanges will not be processed.
Comprehensive Return and Exchange Policy: (joycloud is responsible for return postage and exchange fees)
Received the wrong item.
Item is damaged, defective, or engraved incorrectly.Limited Coverage Return and Exchange Policy: (Customer is responsible for return postage and exchange postage. Joycloud does not refund any shipping costs)
The customer ordered the wrong size.
The customer personally does not like the item.Purchases that are not eligible for the Return and Exchange Policy:
Customized items, including custom size, custom engraving, custom color, custom gem cut, custom gem size, are not returnable. (Custom size requires an additional $20)
Items that have been worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange cannot be returned again.

Step 1 Initiate a Return/Exchange
Please email cxyuntech@outlook.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service representative will review your refund and exchange eligibility and send you a "Return and Exchange" authorization form.
Step 2 Send the product back
Once our customer service approves your request and provides a return and exchange address, please follow our instructions to complete the return and exchange within 7 days. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking information and signatures to confirm receipt. If the returned item does not have a tracking number, the customer will be responsible if it is lost by the carrier and no refund will be given.
Step 3 Refund or Exchange
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement or refund.Refund
Once we receive, inspect and confirm, we will refund the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please Note:
Pre-discount shipping costs will apply and are non-refundable. Even if you enjoy free or reduced shipping, we will charge the original shipping cost for each order. Therefore, we do not refund the original shipping cost.
Customers who choose free shipping will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from their refund.Cancellation of Order:
Regular orders will be refunded in full before shipment. Personalized/engraved/special order items, cancellations after 10 hours will be charged the corresponding material and processing fees. Please refer to the following for details:
1. If you cancel within 10 hours of placing an order, you do not need to pay a cancellation fee.
2. If you cancel between 10 and 24 hours after placing an order, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10.
3. If you cancel within 24 hours of placing an order, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.
Please note that we cannot cancel an order that has been shipped. Therefore, please wait for your package to be delivered, and you can choose to keep the package or contact us to return it for a refund. Please do not refuse to accept it, as undelivered packages will be destroyed by third-party logistics.

We are not responsible for damage or corrosion of silver jewelry due to collision with hard objects, friction, bathing or hot springs, etc. The above behavior is not within the scope of our 30-day return and exchange policy.We will not be responsible for any loss if the package is lost due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address. In this case, we will not provide a refund.
